This amazing new home was built by Tracy Tynan, a Hollywood costume designer and her husband Jim McBride, a well known Hollywood director. Designed to fit the landscape of the desert while bringing in a modern flair, the clean lines and vibrant colors are sure to entice your curiosity. Located on the edge of Joshua Tree Village just minutes from the National Park this 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is a perfect location to feel the beauty of the desert and still be able to walk to restaurants, art galleries and shopping.
The Desert Casa’s beautifully designed structure boasts a full size swimming pool (not heated) with a built in hot tub, an outdoor fire pit and lots of seating. This home is an amazing blend of modern design and architecture nestled conveniently in the wild Mojave. Just outside the back door are hundreds of acres of protected BLM land where you may find live Coyote, Bobcat and Mountain Lion.
